Are you ready to take ownership of a high-profile wholesale portfolio in one of the UK's leading food manufacturing businesses? This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven National Account Manager to make an impact in a £50M wholesale channel, working with key accounts such as Bestway Retail, Bestway Wholesale Online, and other wholesale partners.
As National Account Manager, you will:-
Develop and deliver strategic account and channel plans that align with customer, category, and brand objectives.

Take full P&L responsibility for your portfolio, covering Bestway and Other Wholesale.

Plan and implement promotional strategies to drive sales growth.

Lead trading term agreements and negotiate key commercial terms.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key Head Office stakeholders.

Manage volume forecasting and reporting using Sales Planner.

Track and report on budgeted initiatives to ensure optimal performance.
Essential:
-
Experience in a customer-facing role within FMCG.

Background in convenience retail or wholesale.

Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively.

Commercially astute with problem-solving abilities and an eye for detail.
Desirable:
-
Experience working with convenience customers such as Bestway or Costco.

Experience in impulse-led categories.
-
Background in branded FMCG rather than private label.
