Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the construction sector.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.

  • Lead Generation and actioning.

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client needs.

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client requirements and candidate selection.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring mutual satisfaction.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development.


What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or business development, preferably within the construction sector.

  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific recruitment needs.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.

  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficient in using recruitment software and Microsoft Office Suite.
