Job Description

As they company continues to expand, they are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about sales, relationship building, and growing with the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Being the point of contact with a large panel of brokers to keep the company front of mind.
  • Working closely with these brokers from submission to deal closing to increase volume of an already active base.
  • Introducing the company to new brokers.

Experience

  • 2 years sales experience in a similar industry/role. Ideally an alternative lender.
