Due to growth my client, a well established, specialist in the Loyalty and Rewards program development arena, currently seek a Business Development Manager to join their London office. Reporting directly to the Head of Client Engagement you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business in the Loyalty and Rewards arena- duties will include:

  • Identifying new business leads and key decision makers within organisations that could benefit from a Loyalty and Rewards program.
  • Understanding the needs of clients and arranging product demonstrations that would best suit their business.
  • Producing new business quotes and proposals.
  • Hand holding the client through each step to the product going live.
  • Attending networking events
  • Maintaining KPI's (demo's, quotes, revenue etc) and ensuring all new business and pipeline data is reported to the management team.
  • Working closely with the Product, Marketing and Client Engagementteams re new initiatives

Applicants willpossess previous Loyalty / Reward program sales / development experience (or closely transferable experience) with a proven track record in corporate sales / relationship management. Prior experience of selling SaaS software to strategic accounts and the ability to understand consumer needs / buying patterns and offer pragmatic loyalty / reward program solutions.

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, area pre-requisite along with a good understanding of client and customer engagement and analysis ofconsumer buying patterns to direct loyalty and rewards activity.
