The Insurancebrokingarm is going through a lot of growth and are looking to recruit an experiences Business DevelopmentExecutive / Managerto work closely with the Account Executivesand Sales teams regionallyandcomplementthe lead generationto help bring new clients into the business.
With a specialism in Commercial and specialist areas of Insurance the business works with great clients and is constantly building network and pipeline.
The company has in place a large lead generation team and established marketing teams that you will work withbut take things to a more targeted and focused level to engage with clients and achieve their goals and revenue targets.
Your duties will be varied and include:
Conducts deep market research to identify key playersin a focussed manner.
Develop a Client engagement strategy
Performs high-level discovery outbound calls.
Attend breakfast clubs and events to increase client engagement
Create keen interest from prospects and introduce them to the wider business.
Schedules appointments for sales.
Utilizes sales tools to give detailed information to prospective clients.
You must have a proven track record within the insurance sector or as business developer within your sector, be very comfortable initiating contact with new clients both on telephone and in a face to face environment.
