MSI Group is seeking to hire a Business Development Manager to join our permanent recruitment team. The successful candidate will be based at our stunning London Bridge office, with a hybrid working model, and will benefit from our bespoke training programme designed to provide the knowledge and tools needed for a successful career.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities for MSI Group across a network of healthcare and social care clients in England, Wales, and Scotland. They will strategically identify, develop, and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders, while seeking to maximise revenue and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify strategic accounts within an allotted geographical area that offer significant revenue potential
  • Create and deliver effective service solution proposals
  • Arrange and attend regular review meetings with existing clients
  • Manage ongoing weekly KPIs and targets, as set by the Associate Director
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with clients to enhance the company's reputation
  • Identify and monitor client satisfaction levels for all existing business, sharing feedback to drive improvements
  • Develop professional working relationships with clients, consistently delivering exceptional client care

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in permanent healthcare recruitment in a Business Development role
