- This client needs an experienced Business Development Manager from a residential background.
- You will take the lead on work winning activities for the business and identify opportunities in the market.
- You will work closely with the Managing Director in achieving the growth goals of the business.

- Have strong relationships with developers across London
- You must have strong communication skills
- Be able to work on your own initiative and be confident take on responsibility
