Alecto Recruitment are working with a specialist in the water treatment and process filtration sector, who offer services to companies across multiple sectors including healthcare, pharma, industrial and commercial.

As an organisation who can draw on over 50 years experience in the water purification industry, the in-house team design many bespoke reverse osmosis and water softener systems to serve various applications, which once installed are then maintained by the Service team.

The Role:

As Business Development Manager covering London, Home Counties and the South East, you will be tasked with selling products and bespoke services to an existing portfolio of approximately 100 clients, whilst identifying and developing new relationships with industrial clients.

The role will involve selling Reverse Osmosis and Water Softening Plant, with service agreements to cover the equipment. Equipment will include:

  • Control Panels - PLC and HMI systems commissioning of Control Panels and Wiring systems Fault Finding
  • Raw and Pure Water Tank and Inlet Pipe Systems - tanks, pumps, Valve arrangements
  • Filter Systems
  • Water Softeners
  • Reverse Osmosis Systems
  • Deionisers
  • UV Systems

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No formal qualifications are required for the role. However, we are looking for someone with existing Sales, BDM or Account Management experience from the Water Treatment industry of similar sector.
  • You must have a good understanding of Reverse Osmosis, Water Softening Technology and Process Plant.
  • You will be happy working in mobile role travelling to customers sites across the territory
