The Good Marketeris seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth, fostering new business relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to drive company growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company targets
  • Working on a mix of both warm leads and self generated leads
  • Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to clients
  • Manage and oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to close

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to travel as required

Preferred Qualifications
