Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and revenue delivery
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Set and monitor monthly KPIs for team members
- Lead and manage a dynamic, medium-sized sales team
- Run local initiatives to boost sales activity
- Report on team performance to senior Directors
- Oversee team hiring and career progression
- Ensure revenue targets align with budgeted revenue
Who You Are:
- Seasoned leader with a proven track record in senior management roles
- Analytically sharp, adept at taking the initiative, and making sound commercial judgments
- An energetic and motivating presence, with the ability to inspire and drive teams to achieve targets
- Demonstrated success in conceiving and executing transformative strategies
- Exceptional skills in presentation, communication, and building valuable relationships
- Natural leader with a passion for coaching and team development
- Adaptable and quick to navigate new and changing situations
- Meticulously organized, with a talent for multitasking and effective prioritization
