We're Hiring: Business Development Manager – Telecoms Industry

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced telecom professional to drive growth by managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities across Europe. You'll work with cutting-edge telecom solutions, including dark fibre, subsea cables, IPLC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, and more, helping clients achieve seamless connectivity from Europe to Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand a portfolio of clients, including international/local carriers & ISPs
  • Drive sales and achieve revenue targets in the telecom wholesale & enterprise market
  • Build strong strategic relationships with key decision-makers
  • Oversee the execution of contracts to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored connectivity solutions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of telecom industry experience (wholesale or enterprise sales preferred)
  • Strong sales and account management background
  • Solid understanding of telecom products & services (IPLC, IEPL, MPLS-VPN, DIA, A2P, etc.)
  • Excellent communication & cross-cultural negotiation skills
  • Based in London, with the flexibility for business travel
