We have a great opportunity as a Business Development Manager working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the UK!

They are a nationally established company who specialize in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors. This is a full time permanent position working as aBusiness Development Managerhelping to secure new business and tenders working along side the Business Development team.

A perfect role for anyone with business sales coordinator or business development experience who is now looking for an opportunity to upskill and progress within a great company.

Duties of the role

  • BID writing
  • Researching Tender content
  • Preparation of Tender documentation both SSQ, ITT and open proposal
  • Working in conjunction with the BDM to produce quality Tender and Marketing documentation
  • Organising of the BUD's diary to help prevent clashes
  • Organisation of Business Unit events including quarterly meetings for SMT, Contract Managers and social events
  • Deal with Office Management queries and attend tenant meetings
  • Record sickness and absence for the Business Unit and submit relevant documents to Payroll
  • Order supplies for the office including subsistence and stationery

Requirements:
