The Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to expand their client base across multiple sectors in the UK. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and offering cutting-edge solutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and target new business opportunities within both cultural and non-cultural sectors, including attractions, events, and corporate clients.
  • Develop and maintain a targeted prospect list, conducting regular outreach and follow-up to drive new business.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and online forums to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Pitch innovative multimedia solutions to clients across various industries, offering tailored experiences to enhance engagement.
  • Monitor and manage existing contracts, ensuring readiness to tender when new opportunities arise.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to craft bespoke solutions for clients, meeting their specific needs and objectives.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and client demands to stay competitive in the market.
  • Manage and track sales activities and progress in the company’s CRM system.

About You:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3+ years of experience in sales management or business development, ideally within a client-facing role.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Proactive and Driven: Self-motivated, with the ability to identify new opportunities and drive growth through creative solutions.
  • Adaptable and Collaborative: Ability to work with clients across various sectors and tailor approaches to suit their unique needs.
  • Industry Awareness: While experience in specific sectors is advantageous, an understanding of client motivations and a passion for innovative solutions is key.
