Business Development Manager - For a leading provider of high-quality, innovative office fit-out solutions for the commercial & data centre sector. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in this dynamic market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans targeting key decision-makers in the commercial office fit-out sector, including architects, designers, property developers, and corporate clients.
- Identify and secure new projects through proactive outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals and presentations showcasing our expertise, capabilities, and project portfolio.
- Negotiate contracts and manage the sales process from initial contact to project handover, ensuring client satisfaction throughout.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams including project management, design, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
- Open to experince level, minimum 3 years of proven success in business development within the commercial office fit-out sector, with contacts in the industry.
- Strong understanding of the design and construction process, including relevant building codes and regulations.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new clients, build relationships, and close deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software.
- A network of contacts within the architecture, design, and construction industry is highly desirable.
