Business Development Manager Role

Location: Travel around London

Full Time, Permanent basis

I am currently working with a Building Services Company in the recruiting of a BDM. Please find below the details of the role:

  • Positive attitude with a proactive approach.
  • Strong initiative and management skills to develop and implement business plans.
  • Established network and existing contacts within the industry. (desirable)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and establish new business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow service sales business within London and the Southeast region.
  • Organise and conduct sales visits to potential and existing clients.
  • Prepare and present tenders, proposals, and quotations.
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients.
  • Review cost structures and monitor sales performance metrics.
  • Write and maintain detailed sales reports and promotional literature.
  • Deliver product and service advice to clients.
  • Attend networking events to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Ensure sales targets are consistently met and exceeded.
