ROLE PURPOSE

The Business Development Manager operates within the commercial sales function. This role is responsible for identifying and engaging new clients while also introducing the broader services to support client growth

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify and approach companies aligned with suitability criteria.

Engage with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders to understand their skills needs and propose relevant solutions.

Build and manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring long-term engagement and support.

Maintain compliance with all service-related reporting and internal requirements.

Deliver exemplary levels of client satisfaction.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

To join as a Business Development Manager, the minimum criteria required includes experience in a business development role, working with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives, and possessing natural consultative selling skills. Additionally, you should be a self-starter with excellent relationship and communication skills, capable of managing multiple clients.
