Currently recruiting for specialist Horticulture Lighting business to expand their presence in the South of England. This is an exciting opportunity for ahighly motivated and strategic business development professionalto lead and expand our presence in the UK horticulture lighting market while laying the foundation for international grow

The Role

  • Develop and implement a robust sales growth strategy to position the UK as the flagship market for horticulture lighting solutions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks to measure success, ensuring scalable sales practices for future international expansion.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and market share.

The Candidate

  • Minimum5+ yearsof experience in business development, sales, or international market expansion, ideally within horticulture, technology, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of spearheading growth in a lead market and implementing scalable strategies for expansion.
  • Strongbusiness development and negotiation skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellentcommunication skills in English, with the ability to engage cross-culturally.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability toanalyse market trendsand leverage insights to drive business growth.
  • Hands-on,entrepreneurial mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives from concept to execution.
