Our client, a leader in providing comprehensive safety solutions, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable contracts Business Development Manager to join their team in the London and South East region

Since being founded 50 years ago, our client has grown to become one of the UK's largest independent, fully accredited national fire safety businesses, specialising in the design, supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems and associated equipment. Their extensive experience and commitment to excellence have made them a trusted partner for clients across various sectors, particularly in food retail, where they previously maintained fire alarm systems for one of the leading national supermarket chains.

Typical responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive maintenance service revenues.
  • Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Provide sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services.
