A 100 strong, long running communications agency working in corporate communications is looking for a Business Development Manager to come in and develop their digitial offer. 
 
The facts:
This is b2b comms across internal and employee comms, campaigns and web. You understand the pain points for clients and bring an appetite to solve their challenges. You can have a diagnostic conversation with a client and translate this into a workable solution. 

You bring a balance of strategic thinking but you like to see the results of your doing so love being hands on too in terms of using all the biz dev tools to keep a strong sense of process in the team. 
 
You can spot new markets and client growth areas.  You are a natural entrepreneur and can bring pace and momentum to processes and opportunities. 

This agency is very well-established in the industry, so this role is about consolidation of great processes along with a taste for the new. 

 
You’ll be:
  • A confident communicator and networker; able to build long lasting relationships with teams, clients and stakeholders.
  • A creative thinker that embraces the chance to have intellectual and business conversations with clients.
  • Presenting reports of new business wins, marketing activity and pipeline management.
  • Great at managing upwards
 
You’ll have:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Amazing organisation and attention to detail.
  • A good understanding of c-suite business considerations.
  • A strong balance of strategic and process in the way you work.
