Business Development Manager

Location – Split between home and field based covering Central London

We are looking for a business development manager to join our client's team in central London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a company that excels in commercial security systems and is making a name for themselves both throughout the UK and Globally.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing successful business relationships in the security industry. This entails identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts and developing strategies to grow revenue streams within the company.

If you are a highly motivated & organised individual, a self-starter, with a high attention to detail and can work in a fast-paced environment, also having the ability to problem solve then we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities/ Key Accountabilities

  • Develop and build relationships with potential and existing clients in the security industry.
  • Develop and execute a business plan to grow revenue for the company.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets and clients.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and operations to develop strategies to win new business and improve service delivery.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams and help manage the sales process from lead generation through to contract execution.
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies, budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Create and deliver presentations and proposals to key decision makers at existing and potential clients.
  • Systematically network clients decision makers to ensure maximum coverage

  • Experience in business development, sales or client relations within the security industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the security industry and its trends
  • Strong track record of success in driving revenue growth
  • Experience with the full sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work independently and shall possess excellent problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving license.
  • The drive and enthusiasm to make a positive contribution.
