Job Title: Coffee Business Development Manager
Salary: 35,000 - 42,000 per annum (Basic Salary)
On Target Earnings (OTE): Up to 90,000 per annum (inclusive of basic and commission)

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Outbound Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:
Proactively Seek New Opportunities: Utilise cold calling, networking, and social media to uncover new sales prospects.
Develop Targeted Sales Strategies: Identify and engage decision-makers within key markets and organizations to generate new business.
Outbound Sales Leadership: Establish connections with facility managers, procurement teams, and other potential clients, leading the sales outreach efforts.
Present Tailored Solutions: Promote and sell our products and services by aligning them with customer needs and demonstrating clear value.
Conduct Market Research: Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of market challenges.
Build Strong Client Relationships: Establish, nurture, and maintain positive and lasting relationships with clients.
Negotiate and Close Deals: Drive the sales process from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Iterate and Improve Sales Strategies: Continuously refine your approach, leveraging feedback and sales data to enhance performance.
Collaborate with Inbound Team: Share insights and collaborate on overall sales strategies with the Inbound Sales team.
Attend Industry Events: Participate in trade shows and conferences to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
Requirements:
Experienced in an outbound sales or business development role.
Proven success in developing and executing sales strategies.
Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong self-motivation, assertiveness, and a results-driven approach to new customer acquisition.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to quickly identify new business opportunities in a dynamic, fast-paced market.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales analytics tools.
Experience working with facilities management or procurement teams is a plus.
