Location:              London / Hybrid

Salary:                 £50,000 - £85,000 +bonus / benefits

The client is a leading independent insurance broker with a reputation for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional service. Their success is built on strong client relationships, expertise across multiple industries, and a commitment to growth and development.

With offices in London and surrounding area there is plenty of flexibility on location alongside home working.

The Opportunity

They are seeking an experienced and ambitious Commercial Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity to inherit an established book of business worth approximately £100,000 income and take it to the next level. The ideal candidate will have commercial / corporate experienced and focus on incomes in excess of £5,000.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop an existing portfolio of commercial clients across a range of industries and policy lines.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and deliver outstanding service to ensure retention and growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

  • Proven experience as a Commercial Account Executive with a track record of managing and growing a client portfolio.
  • Expertise in handling a range of policy lines and industry sectors.
  • Proactive, ambitious, and focused on new business development.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • A specialist focus or niche expertise is welcomed but not essential.
