Customer Account Manager - Utilities Salary: 28,000 - 30,000

Based in Park Royal / Acton, West London

Office based role- To start ASAP!!

A well-established Commercial Utilities company in West London is looking for a Customer Account Manager to join its busy team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, developing relationships and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction. Looking for candidates with a background in customer service or account management; must be within the utilities sector.

Duties include:

  • Manage the commercial relationship with existing Agents
  • Calculating quotations for gas & liaising with agents and customers
  • Building long term relationships with agents
  • Entering account information
  • Arranging site visits for meter related queries and gas emergency
  • Answering the telephone and resolving customers queries, also by email
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned to support other Account Managers

Key skills and experience:

  • Previous Account Management/Customer/Admin experience in Utilities industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel a must.
  • Graduate educated preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick to learn new software and adaptable to changing roles and responsibilities.
  • Must be within easy commuting distance to Acton/Park Royal.
