 The C-Suite Director is responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing the strategy for up and cross selling Our products and services to existing members with the C-Suite Managers team.
  • Ensuring a competitively superior network offering for members that delivers a high renewal rate across all networks.
  • Developing the strategy and roadmap for new partnerships, maximising existing partner enablement strategies, and managing the sales and account management aspects of partners. 

  

Reporting

• Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

 Key Partnership Responsibilities

  1. Regularly auditing Our partnership portfolio, identifying opportunities and maintaining healthy ecosystems around each network, using the Our ecosystem framework approach.
  2. Build a pipeline of potential partnerships and initiate contact and negotiations with decision makers within those companies.
  3. Responsible and accountable for delivering against partnership growth targets, reporting on partner performance on a regular basis to all relevant stakeholders.
  4. Develop, lead, and own the overall partner strategy in conjunction with the Chief Executive Officer. 
  5. Cultivate executive relationships with partners, optimise their performance and identify additional business opportunities to expand revenues.
  6. Act a trusted point of contact for all partnership enquiries by demonstrating a deep understanding of partner’s business drivers, challenges, and offer solutions that drive mutual positive business outcomes.

 

Key Membership Responsibilities

  1. Regularly auditing Our membership engagement, identifying risks and opportunities and maintaining healthy membership relationships.
  2. Ensure the Member Engagement Plans, are happening and delivering value, and linked to the companies data strategy through working with the Finance and Data Director.
  3. Ensure the C-Suite Managers have good knowledge of Our’s other services and the ability to upsell them.
  4. Drive the up sell and cross sell activity achieving, surpassing the related budgets and targets and reporting on performance against the plan.
  5. Build and manage a high performance account management team, ensuring the client experience has ‘moments of truth’ and is rated above the agreed NPS.
  6. Appoint and develop an account lead who can drive and support all the activities under the membership responsibilities,

Key Programme Responsibilities

  1. Regularly auditing Our events programme, identifying risks and opportunities and ensuring a well planned and managed programme.
  2. Ensure the events programme has ‘wow’ factor, remains innovative and impactful and continues to draw in and satisfy the most demanding of members.
  3. Ensure the programme team have an excellent knowledge of Our’s networks and membership issues.
  4. Ensure the events programme has ‘lightbulb moments’, is inclusive for all networks and members and is rated above the agreed NPS.
  5. Manage the Programme Director and their team, to be a high performance team.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and analytically, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
  • Experience at working across different C-Suite roles
  • Experience at identifying, winning and managing members and partners for new ventures
  • Proven track record in developing, maintaining and growing small and large accounts.
  • Track record of achieving/exceeding target.
  • Experience of generating new business through prospecting and targeting of organisations. 
  • Ability to build strong collaborative relationships between different functions across organisations.
  • Sales planning and reporting, with experience of introducing real forecasting rigour.
