Role Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee Account Manager, you will:
- Develop your knowledge and skills whilst working in a fast-paced and hands-on business environment
- Receive a well-rounded training experience, with opportunities for mentorship and professional development
- Build strong relationships with high-level B2B customers over the phone, understanding their technical needs and providing appropriate solutions
- Develop professional customer service skills and learn how to convert leads and develop long-term relationships with key clients
- Work closely with the rest of the motivated and dynamic team and become an integral part of the company's success
Rewards

- Starting salary between 27,000 - 29,000

Requirements
To be successful in this graduate sales role, you should be a recent graduate with:
- Some customer service or teamwork experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
