Your new companyA luxury skincare brand at the forefront of innovation. Your new roleThis brand is looking to recruit a highly experienced Senior Account Manager to progress into a Head of Sales role. Your duties will include:

  • Develop and executive retail strategies and plans for their customers, guiding expansion into new store and markets within existing and new accounts
  • Expand the store team presence and head up the account management function
  • Identify new growth opportunities, sell brand and product propositions and negotiate commercial plans and terms
  • Lead and implement trade and promotion plans
  • Lead regular store visits and ensure merchandising guidelines are adhered to
  • Analyse all sales and retail data

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant or able to step up to the role from a leading brand as a senior commercial contributor, ideally in the luxury market.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with attention to detail for creating sound commercial arguments.
  • Experience working with their own commercial P&L.
  • Entrepreneurial and willing to roll up your sleeves, work fast and solve problems.
  • Growth mindset and comfortable learning and doing what it takes to make things work.
  • Collaborative and supportive leader and team member.
  • Able to manage complexity with structured problem-solving; very comfortable with numbers, but also pragmatic.
  • Strong leadership skills and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of motivating and guiding teams and external partners towards success.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market dynamics and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience of managing key luxury channels and partnerships.
  • Must be comfortable travelling in the UK and very occasionally abroad.
