This agency is a leading B2B and B2C Property and Regenerations specialist. They are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive or an Account Manager to join their successful team and specialise in planning and stakeholder engagement for districts and destinations undergoing change, e.g., town centre regeneration, shopping centre redevelopment and neighbourhood repositioning, with the ambition of changing perceptions.

This is a great role to work on a range of B2B, corporate and some consumer accounts, working on some of the most prestigious projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to experience a range of exceptional clients whilst learning from the best in the business.

The Agency:

  • Independent, boutique communications agency that specialises in the built environment sector. They deliver communications across the entire built environment sector from planning, to developing, launching/relaunching as well as ongoing evolution
  • Corporate, B2B, consumer/lifestyle, stakeholder and community/political engagement.
  • Based in central London with flexible working/hybrid schedule. 2 days a week in the office and 3 working from home
  • Fun and friendly team of 13!

The role:

  • You will support client accounts in the planning space and assist in stakeholder engagement
  • Constructing quality relationships with journalists, and gaining superb and relevant coverage
  • Erecting impactful social media and marketing posts on behalf of clients

The ideal candidate:

  • A B2B consultant at heart; you will be an experienced Senior Account Executive or Account Manager looking for a quick progression as a Senior Account Manager
  • Someone that has experience in planning communications and stakeholder engagement
  • A proactive individual who will strive to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Socially and digitally savvy
