You will be tasked with managing customer accounts across a variety of industries and creating opportunities to grow customer revenue and build new accounts. Working collaboratively across the teams to provide intelligence, support, and informed insights.
Key responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with all departments to support customer queries and produce progress reports.
- Oversee management of key customer accounts to generate invoices and additional documents.
- Lead negotiations on new or renewal agreements with key customers.
- Be the first point of contact for your key accounts and become an industry expert.
Successful candidate will display:
- Previous experience in a customer success or account manager role.
- Experience with working with customer databases, orders / invoice processing.
- A good team player with a self-motivated, proactive approach to work.
- Understanding of CRM systems
