They are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Technical Account Manager to join their team in London. In this role, you will support senior team members in delivering outstanding service to clients, gaining hands-on experience and building expertise in technical account management. Key Responsibilities:
- Client Onboarding Support: Assist in onboarding new clients by providing initial training sessions and helping them familiarize themselves with the platform.
- Technical Assistance: Respond to client inquiries under the supervision of senior team members, providing basic troubleshooting and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Account Coordination: Help maintain client accounts by documenting their requirements and ensuring timely follow-ups with relevant teams.
- Learning and Development: Build a thorough understanding of the platform, staying up-to-date with new features and updates.
- Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to share with senior team members and the product development team for continuous improvement.
- Performance Monitoring Assistance: Support clients in analyzing building performance data and creating simple reports or insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior Technical Account Managers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.
Qualifications:
- Interest in building services, energy management, or data analytics.
- Basic understanding of technical systems or data platforms is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good time management skills.
