Key Responsibilities:

  • Feedback Collection: Gather client feedback to share with senior team members and the product development team for continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring Assistance: Support clients in analyzing building performance data and creating simple reports or insights.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior Technical Account Managers, sales, and engineering teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications:
