Key Account Coordinator - Fine Art Shipping
Location: South London, UK

Salary: Up to 35,000 (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9:00am - 5:30pm)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage client relationships, setting and meeting expectations through phone, email, and in-person communication.
  • Collaborate within the team and with the head of department to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Oversee project coordination, including shipping, customs clearances, installations, and regulatory permits.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, health and safety regulations, and high professional standards.
  • Handle all administrative tasks and assist with office phone inquiries.
  • Attend professional courses and promote continuous improvement within the department.
  • Be flexible to work away from base and assist in other departments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience dealing directly with clients and customers, providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience dealing with Customs Clearances is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous Experience working for a UK based Fine Art Shipping Company.
  • Full right to live and work in the UK.
