Location: Central London | Salary: Up to 55k + Uncapped Commission | Flexible Hybrid Working

We have a fantastic opportunity with a pioneering renewable energy platform based in stunning Central London offices.

We are seeking an experienced M&A Manager/business development manager to join our client's innovative team. You will play a crucial role in identifying and capitalising on opportunities with asset owners globally, inviting them to participate in a cutting-edge platform designed to facilitate the sale of renewable energy projects. Additionally, you will engage with key investors to facilitate bids on these assets, ensuring efficient and transparent transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the integration of new projects onto the platform.
* Develop strategic commercial solutions to streamline M&A initiatives.
* Utilize your business acumen to evaluate project valuations effectively.
* Supervise and manage the progress of projects undergoing transactions.
* Negotiate B2B commercial contracts proficiently.
* Maintain and update the internal CRM system consistently.

Experience & Skills:
* Proven track record in SPV or asset sales, with a successful history of initiating and closing deals.
* Preferably, experience within the renewable energy sector.
* Demonstrated resilience and determination in building lasting client relationships.
Core Skills
* Build and maintain a comprehensive directory of asset owners and investors across EMEA.
* Develop and implement effective sales tactics to drive business expansion.
* Cultivate and manage key account relationships effectively.
* Strong motivation, determination, and goal-oriented mindset.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
* Strong business judgment and decision-making skills.
* Minimum of 3 years in a business development managerial role.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
* Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.), and professional social platforms.
* Identify andcapitalisee on new business opportunities leveraging personal networks and business development expertise.
* Navigate internal and external relationships with finesse and professionalism.
* Resolve conflicts while maintaining a commercial approach.
*Utilisee exceptional social skills to drive revenue and enhance market presence.
* Experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
