Description
- Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow key accounts within the FMCG industry
- Establish and nurture relationships with national accounts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports
- Manage contract negotiations
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
Profile
- Proven experience in a sales role within the FMCG industry
- Experience managing either Waitrose, Ocado or Co-Op at national level, with Booths, H&B as a bonus
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- A customer-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects
- A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
