Our client, one of the fastest growing independent beauty brands, is seeking a National Account Executive to join their HQ team in London. They have built a strong reputation worldwide and are quickly becoming one of the most recognised brands in the industry. As the National Account Executive, EMEA, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth across key retail partners and building strong relationships with them.

Role Impact:

- Revenue Growth: You will work closely with the wider sales team to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.

- Relationship Management: As the brand ambassador to our retail partners, you will provide timely and professional support on a day-to-day basis.

- Teamwork: Our client's team is small but impactful, and they rely on collaboration to support the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distributors across the UK and Europe, serving as the primary point of contact.
  • Plan and execute annual business plans with accounts, identifying opportunities for revenue growth.
  • Understand the needs and requirements of key accounts, providing excellent daily support and managing account KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and manage inventory levels.
  • Work closely with the Education Team to plan trainings and events according to account needs.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive insights.
  • Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with accounts to discuss sales performance and marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Retail Account Management or Business Development, preferably within the beauty industry is beneficial.
  • Knowledge/experience of various retail channels, digital marketing strategies, e-commerce platforms, and online sales funnels.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to thrive in diverse work environments.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
