Overview:
Leading manufacturer of premium solid surface quartz and stone worktops selling into kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and fabricators. Currently looking to recruit a driven and experienced National Account Manager to lead and grow sales within the London and southeast region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan targeting kitchen manufacturers, house builders, and fabricators.
- Manage and expand relationships with key national accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with key accounts.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in a senior sales role within the construction materials or related industry.
- Experience selling to kitchen manufacturers, house builders, or fabricators is essential.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and execute long-term strategic sales plans.
- Commercially minded with excellent business acumen.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
