National Account Manager – Out of Home
Remote - need to live in the South for customer visits.
ÂŁ45,000 + strong bonus and equity

I am working with a fast-growing, award-winning food brand leading the way in a booming category. Backed by credible science and a commitment to quality, they’re transforming the market with an innovative range of delicious, health-focused products. The brand is recognised for rapid growth, market-leading innovation, and an ambitious vision to make better food accessible to everyone. The products are listing in all the top 4 and taking shelf space in competitive categories.

We’re seeking a passionate National Account Manager to drive growth within the Out of Home channel. You’ll take ownership of key accounts in the Foodservice and Wholesale sector whilst allowing your entrepreneurial spirit to flair and landing new business where the margins make sense!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with Foodservice, Wholesalers, Travel etc. 
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to deliver volume and value growth.
  • Negotiate annual JBPs, promotional strategies, and secure NPD listings.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Analyse market data and performance metrics to identify opportunities and guide decisions.
  • Be a passionate brand advocate, driving awareness and excitement at every opportunity.

About You:

  • Experience within a food or drinks manufacturer with a customer facing sales role.
  • Experience managing uk customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with outstanding negotiation.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • A self-starter who genuinely loves sales, building lasting retailer relationships, and hitting targets.
