As the brand continues its exciting growth journey, we’re looking for a passionate National Account Manager to drive our success with Convenience and High Street accounts. What You’ll Do: 

  • Develop and lead strategic sales plans to exceed national account targets. 

  • Build strong, meaningful relationships with key retail and wholesale partners. 

  • Identify untapped opportunities to expand market share and increase brand visibility. 

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to craft bespoke promotions and product offerings for key accounts. 

  • Dive into sales data and market trends to uncover growth opportunities and share actionable insights. 

  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that drive both profitability and long-term partnerships. 

  • Represent the brand with pride at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings. 

Who You Are: 

  • Experienced in food or drinks sales, ideally with a challenger brand or SME background. 

  • Skilled at presenting to and managing relationships with national accounts. 

  • A confident communicator and active listener who builds trust with ease. 

  • Driven by numbers, motivated by goals, and excited by the thrill of sales success. 

  • Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. 

  • Proven at growing listings within existing accounts while driving new business across Convenience, High Street, or Wholesale channels.
