In the role, you'll manage and grow retail partnerships across national accounts, helping deliver growth, profitability, and brand alignment. You'll develop strategic plans, negotiate terms, and collaborate across the business to drive performance while mentoring junior team members and staying on top of trends.

The Role:

• Manage and grow key national accounts
• Secure new business and deliver joint growth plans
• Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and CSR teams to align brand strategy

The Person:

• Proven FMCG national account experience, ideally in food or chilled
• Commercially driven, self-motivated, and passionate about wellness
• Based in Chelsea or easily commutable to
