  • The National Account Manager Off Trade Wine role is ideal for a self starter who has experience of managing retail relationships within the wine category
  • Home based role but ideally based London/South

The role:

  • As National Account Manager Off Trade Wine you will take responsibility for a selection of Grocery relationships and will have full responsibility for shaping and delivering successful JBPs and Promotional Strategies as well as managing account budgets and investment.
  • Having responsibility for commercial negotiations the National Account Manager Off Trade Wine will have full P&L ownership for customers and will be focused on building long lasting relationships with buyers and other contacts within accounts
  • In the role the National Account Manager Off Trade Wine will maintain a deep understanding of your accounts, their shoppers and strategy to identify opportunities for growth through successful activation and distribution gains.

Ideal candidate:

  • You will currently be an upward curve National Account Manager within the wine industry ideally working within the off trade. Ideally you will have a WSET qualification.
  • It is essential that you can demonstrate a passion for national accounts and a flair for commerciality along with fantastic negotiation skills
  • Working as part of a team you must have excellent relationship building skills you will be able to communicate and influence with stakeholders.
  • As National Account Manager Off Trade Wine you must have good insight and data analysis skills and be able to action opportunities to drive profit
  • You will have excellent planning and organization skills and will be able to work independently on your own initiative, a self-starter with can-do attitude
