The Company
My client is a leading provider of software solutions used by prominent global manufacturing and engineering businesses. Their platform helps businesses optimise and streamline various production processes, such as order management, inventory control, scheduling, and real-time production tracking.
The Role
The Account Executive will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, targeting Polish-speaking clients in the manufacturing and engineering sector. This role involves driving new business, cultivating relationships, and demonstrating the value of the company's software solutions. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, proactive, and passionate about helping clients optimise their operations through innovative technology.
Job Duties
- Prospect new clients through cold calling, social selling, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with technical team members to deliver tailored product demonstrations.
- Close sales, sign new clients, and contribute to business growth.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure in a timely manner.

About You!
- Native Polish speaker with fluency in both written and spoken communication.
- At least 2 years of experience in new business sales, consistently closing deals
- Any experience of closing within the software or product space is advantageous.
- Comfortable with a high-volume, target-driven environment, regularly making  calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with evidence of success in closing deals and driving revenue.
- Background in industrial, manufacturing, or supply chain sectors would help but isn’t necessary
