Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portfolios, ensuring all services, including statutory accounts, payroll, and VAT returns, are delivered on time.
  • Act as the main client contact, providing business support and advice during advisory meetings.
  • Oversee client services, including cashflow forecasting, supplier payruns, and management accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing queries and providing tailored solutions.
  • Review and ensure compliance with statutory disclosures and annual returns.

What We're Looking For:

  • ACA, ACCA, CTA, AAT, ATT, CFAB, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing client portfolios and delivering financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel, IRIS, and Xero (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
