Senior / Site Manager - Landscaping

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee both soft and hard landscaping and civil works for a prestigious residential new build project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with a passion for delivering high-quality outdoor spaces. This is a mega-scheme with a further 3-4 years to run.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all landscaping activities on site, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.
• Oversee the installation of hardscape elements (patios, walkways, retaining walls) and softscape features (planting, turfing).
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain health and safety compliance on site, fostering a culture of safety among the workforce.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in site management, preferably within residential projects.
• Strong understanding of both hard and soft landscaping techniques and best practices.
• An overall profile that covers external packages
