Senior Account Manager - Cleaning

Our client is a family run Commercial Cleaning Company who are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team. This is due to a contract win and is worth in excess of £1m pa across multiple buildings.

The Role

Reporting in to the Director you will be responsible for managing one of the companies largest clients which is a contract worth in excess of £1m a year. This is based across 5 offices and so experience of managing multi sites is essential. You must be able to build relationships and be able to be client facing and lead meetings with them when required. All sites are based in The City and the client is a large corporate banking company. 

You will be responsible for managing the cleaning teams, porters, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Having a strong commercial awareness is essential with experience of financial management including budgets, P&L, wages, invoice management and input in to the tendering and retendering process.

It is important that you have a strong attention to detail as when recruiting you need to make sure that the Right to Work is obtained, you will be responsible for organising the staff and also carrying out Quality Audits.

You will also need good IT skills and programs used include Time Gate, CAFM and Iauditor. Experience of working on these is preferred but isn't essential.

Our client is looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.

Working hours are 7am - 3pm Monday to Thursday (4 days per week) although occasionally you may be required to start earlier.
