Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell solutions, aligning them with client needs
- Work closely with research and insights teams to translate data into meaningful recommendations for clients
Skills & Experience Required
- Experience in account management, client success, or business development within SaaS, data analytics, insights, or marketing technology
- Strong ability to translate data insights into clear, strategic recommendations for clients
- Proven track record of growing accounts and exceeding revenue targets
