• Leading daily meetings with the team
• Train, guide, and develop the team
• Negotiate offers and agreeing sales
• Generating and winning new business
• Increasing market share

To be considered for the Senior Branch Manager role, you must have:

• A strong proven track record within Estate Agency
• Managerial experience within Estate Agency
• Ability to lead and motivate staff members
• Highly organized and able to manage workload
• Driven and hungry for success 
• Full UK driver’s license
