We are seeking a passionate VIC/VIP Experience Manager to elevate our exclusive customer experience and build lasting relationships with our esteemed clientele.

The Role: As a newly established full-time position, you will manage your time effectively between various stores, head office, and networking events. Your focus will be on enhancing customer engagement to achieve both quantitative and qualitative objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise sales while providing exceptional customer service
  • Deliver personalized advice by actively listening to clients' expectations and addressing their requests.
  • Handle sensitive situations, including customer complaints, in collaboration with the Department Manager or Assistant Store Director.
  • Create and maintain a detailed client book, ensuring the customer database is regularly updated.
  • Foster long-term relationships with customers, instilling confidence and a desire for the brand.
  • Build a network within the local and international luxury business community to promote customer loyalty, especially among VIC/VIP clientele.
  • Participate in maintaining a positive work environment and promote a collaborative team spirit.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, adopting a service-oriented and adaptable approach.
  • Contribute to back-of-house operations, including stock control and inventory management.
  • Provide high-quality feedback and reports to management and support compliance with store processes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience CRM, marketing or events,; luxury retail background is a strong advantage.
  • A creative and innovative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Extensive knowledge of the local market and trends.
  • Outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to manage ambiguity.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong team-oriented spirit..
