Responsibilities:

  • Represent our client, a leading retailer of tea, wellbeing drinks, gifts, and teaware, with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  • Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build brand awareness.
  • Actively promote and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of our client's products.
  • Create a positive and memorable customer experience by delivering personalised recommendations and answering queries.
  • Maintain a tidy and attractive product display, ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
  • Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and sales techniques.

Skills:

  • Previous experience in a retail assistant or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong knowledge and interest in tea and wellbeing products is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
