Job Title: Brand Ambassador

- Working Pattern: Full Time, Monday- Friday
Responsibilities:
- Represent our client, a leading retailer of tea, wellbeing drinks, gifts, and teaware, with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and build brand awareness.
- Actively promote and demonstrate the unique features and benefits of our client's products.
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience by delivering personalised recommendations and answering queries.
- Maintain a tidy and attractive product display, ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Continuously update product knowledge to better assist customers and provide accurate information.
- Attend training sessions and meetings to stay up-to-date with the latest product developments and sales techniques.
Skills:
- Previous experience in a retail assistant or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong knowledge and interest in tea and wellbeing products is a plus.
- Ability to maintain a positive and friendly demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
