Our Retail Operations Coordinator plays an integral part in ensuring that administrative tasks across multiple retail accounts are carried out efficiently and effectively and is responsible for the maintenance of some of our databases.

About the Role

Your day-to-day duties as Retail Operations Co-Ordinator will include:

  • Assisting in the production of the vital documentation required by our retail partners to book promotions and communicate product changes for our exciting and diverse title portfolio
  • Contributing to the success of our retail sell ins by maintaining and inputting records onto our internal sales system, ensuring the most up to date retail information is available to all key stakeholders
  • Handling enquiries and coordinating communication and documentation between internal and external contacts
  • Manipulation and analysis of information supplied from internal and external sources with a view to creating user-friendly documents to be shared amongst your key contacts
Key Skills
  • Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel)
  • Have a strong logical approach to problem solving with an eye for the detail
  • Be self-motivated, well organised and good at meeting deadlines
  • Have an aptitude for managing processes and forming great working relationships
