- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide knowledgeable advice on our brand and products
- Assist customers with their purchases, including processing transactions and handling exchanges and returns
- Maintain a clean and tidy store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and stock management
- Contribute to the achievement of sales targets and KPIs
- Previous experience in a retail sales role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for luxury fashion and a strong understanding of our brand and products
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
