Responsibilities:

Provide personalized, attentive service to each customer, ensuring a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's values.
Develop loyalty with our customers by building relationships with customers.
To demonstrate product knowledge in all categories.
Assist with yearly stock audits.
Closing and opening the boutique when required.
Responsible for cash, cards, and tills transactions.
Ensure the visual merchandising is immaculate.

Requirements:

Previous experience in luxury retail or a similar customer-facing role, preferably in childrenswear.
Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
Energetic, confident, and with a target-driven attitude.
Excellent in providing customer service.

Salary £26,000 annual basic salary based on experience.
