RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage every client with a luxury journey, offering an immersive, personalized fragrance experience that resonates well beyond the store.
- Achieve and surpass individual sales targets, showcasing your passion and skill for connecting with clients and understanding their needs.
- Represent the brand’s heritage and values through immersive storytelling, product knowledge, and a commitment to luxury service standards.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1+ years in a high-end retail environment, ideally in fragrance or beauty, with a track record of strong sales results.
- A deep appreciation for luxury fragrances, with an ability to convey the artistry and allure of each scent.
- Exceptional communication skills with a warm, captivating personality that builds lasting client relationships and loyalty.
- A proactive, sales-driven approach with a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets in a dynamic luxury setting.
OFFERING:
- Competitive salary up to £28,000/30,000 per year
